This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules related to service cancellations, refunds, and payments made through our website or mobile application (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of the Platform
The Platform operates as a service-connection and lead-generation medium only. We help users connect with independent third-party technicians for TV and other appliance repair services.
👉 We do not provide repair services directly, nor do we control technician pricing, service execution, or outcomes.
2. Payments & Service Charges
The Platform does not collect full service charges on behalf of technicians.
Any service-related payment, repair cost, or spare-part charge is decided and collected directly by the technician at the user’s location.
The Platform is not responsible for technician payments, billing disputes, or service pricing.
If a booking or convenience fee is charged via the Platform, it is clearly displayed before payment.
3. Cancellation Policy
User-Initiated Cancellation
Users may cancel a service request before a technician is assigned or dispatched.
Once a technician has been assigned or has started traveling to the service location, cancellation may not be possible.
Technician-Initiated Cancellation
A technician may cancel a service request due to availability, location constraints, or technical reasons.
In such cases, the Platform may assist in assigning another technician, subject to availability.
4. Refund Policy
Since the Platform does not provide repair services directly, refunds related to service quality, repair outcome, or charges must be resolved directly with the technician.
The Platform is not liable to issue refunds for services performed by independent technicians.
Booking / Convenience Fee (If Applicable)
Any booking or convenience fee charged through the Platform is non-refundable once a technician is assigned.
If a service request is cancelled before technician assignment, a refund may be considered at the Platform’s discretion.
👉 Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
User dissatisfaction after service completion
Disputes over pricing, spare parts, or workmanship
Failure by the user to verify technician identity
User unavailability at the scheduled service time
Partial or incomplete services due to user-side issues
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Users are encouraged to contact us before initiating any chargeback with the payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of platform access.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Platform shall not be responsible for:
Any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from technician services
Refunds related to third-party service execution
Delays or cancellations caused by technicians
Users acknowledge that all services are availed at their own discretion and risk.
8. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
