The Platform operates as a lead-generation and service-connection medium only. We help users connect with independent third-party technicians for TV and other appliance repair services. We do not employ, manage, or supervise technicians listed or connected through the Platform.
2. User Eligibility
By using this Platform, you confirm that:
You are 18 years or older
You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement
The information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete
3. Booking & Service Requests
When you submit a service request:
Your details are shared with independent technicians for contact and service fulfillment
Assignment of a technician is not a guarantee of service quality or outcome
Service timing, charges, and scope are directly decided between you and the technician
The Platform does not interfere in pricing, negotiations, or service execution.
4. Technician Verification & User Safety
For your safety and protection, users are strongly advised to:
Verify the technician’s identity before allowing any work
Take and keep a photo of the technician’s Aadhaar Card or valid government ID
Proceed with the service only after full personal satisfaction
Failure to verify the technician is solely the user’s responsibility. The Platform shall not be held liable for any issue arising from lack of verification.
5. Payments & Charges
Payments, if any, are directly between the user and the technician
The Platform does not collect, process, or control service payments
Any dispute related to pricing, refunds, or service charges must be resolved directly with the technician
6. Limitation of Liability
The Platform shall not be responsible or liable for:
Quality of service provided by technicians
Any loss, damage, theft, injury, or misconduct
Delays, incomplete work, or unsatisfactory service
Any dispute between user and technician
Users engage technicians entirely at their own risk and discretion.
7. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
Provide false or misleading information
Misuse the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Harass, threaten, or abuse technicians or platform representatives
Attempt to damage, hack, or disrupt the Platform’s operation
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or blocking of access.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, logos, graphics, and layout, is the intellectual property of the Platform owner and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.
9. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate access without prior notice
Block users found violating these Terms
Remove or restrict Platform usage for security or legal reasons
10. Third-Party Links & Services
The Platform may contain references or links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, actions, or policies. Users access such services at their own risk.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
12. Changes to Terms
